Who is responsible for the shipping costs?

All shipping, whether you are sending us your photos/videos or when we send those back to you along with your DVD or Blu-ray Montage are FOB Calgary.  This means that you as the buyer of goods and services is responsible for freight costs and liability during transport.  This is standard practise and should not be a surprise to those that have purchased items on the internet.

Why can I only use Canada Post and Purolator as the courier service?

Memorial Montages has an exclusive agreement with Canada Post and Purolator whereby our own representative will pick up your precious parcel directly from their respective depots.  This maintains continuity of your parcel and reduces handling.  Furthermore, we need to know the moment your parcel arrives so once notified, we can immediately pick up your parcel without waiting all day for it to arrive. Some Montages are time sensitive so this is extremely important to us.  So please ensure your parcel has the correct address and our phone number.

When is payment due?

Payment is due at checkout when you upload your photos/videos through our Create Montage process.  If you are sending your photos/videos, we will bill you once those items are received and begin creating your Montage when payment is received.

How can I pay?

We use the secure and reputable company PayPalfor the method of payment.  You do not require a PayPal account in order to make your payment.  PayPal honours most credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and will send you an email receipt of your payment.  If you do have a PayPal account, you will be able to track your history of payment.

What is your refund policy?

If no work has begun on your Montage then you will receive a full refund.  However, once we proceed in creating your Montage, refunds will be prorated on the work that has been done thus far.  Creating Montages is very labour intensive and to stay viable, we need to recover those costs.
